Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 3-7 business days. Delays may occur if required patient information is missing or additional information is required. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Supply Chain Shortages. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that this medication is currently in currently in high demand and short supply which requires special vendors to fill orders. Given supply chain shortages, there will be occasional delays beyond general our control. If this happens, we will do our best to quickly fill your order and ask for your patience. Otherwise, we are happy to refund your money any time delay exceeds normal processing times.
Shipping and Delivery
Once your prescription is filled by the pharmacy, orders are shipped via UPS either overnight cold shipping or in some cases 2 day. All products will ship directly from the pharmacy. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
