Refund Policy

The products offered require a prescription. Therefore, all purchases are final once the prescription has been shipped. However, we will refund the full purchase price of any product the physician determines is unnecessary for your medical care or that is canceled prior to shipment.


All sales after shipment are FINAL and non-refundable. We will not accept any returns on products that have been shipped. We will not refund the purchase price after shipping, unless the product delivered is damaged from shipping or differs from what the physician prescribed. If there is any such issue, contact us within two business days. In order to address the return, please take a picture of the damaged or wrong product that you received and email it to us at support@eesi.com
